You really think this constitutes T3 and not CSD? What's going on outside the photo that somehow makes snout houses without sidewalks part of a walkable urban fabric?
On a separate note, I think it's kind of funny to see a house like this at the end of a vista. Such houses always look so awkward and uncomfortable -- they just aren't really meant to be looked at very closely, so when you put one at the end of a view it looks sad.
